Pilates is for every body, no matter the shape or size, no matter the limitations, no matter the previous experience or age. This practice can help you break free of the habits that cause you to feel poorly, and help you train towards a better posture, stronger, more mobile and flexible body.

A mat work practice in small groups with occasionally added tools to aid your workout. There are never more than 12 people in the class to ensure high standard of quality in the teaching.
These classes are designed to support women through all stages of pregnancy, to prepare you for an empowered birth, and teach you invaluable tools for a smooth postnatal recovery. 
Sometimes it is advisable to begin your Pilates journey with a PT session. It alleviates anxieties and helps the trainer assess your skill and ability level. You'll receive undivided attention and follow a personalized programme.
